The Winslow 2044 Subarea Plan includes a mobility plan with “circulators” running around Winslow and around the island. See the orange lines in the maps below.

These circulators are envisioned in the plan as transit-sized vans, driving in a continuous loop from the ferry terminal, across Winslow Way, up Weaver, across High School Road, and down Ferncliff, with Altnerative 3 extending up to New Brooklyn Road.

The light blue lines are an island-wide circulator, which shows up on the north end of the map at Sportsman Club, makes it way across New Brooklyn to Madison, then heads West off the map on Wyatt.
